These terms govern delivery and any issues relating to made-to-measure orders produced by ODAMEIDO.
Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For the time being, deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla require individual arrangements. If you would like to place an order from any of these destinations, please write to us at contacto@odameido.com and we will assist you personally.
The estimated production and delivery time is two weeks from confirmation of the order and measurements. This timeframe is indicative and may vary due to fabric availability, public holidays or circumstances beyond ODAMEIDO’s control.
Made-to-measure garments
Each shirt is made according to the customer’s measurements and choices. As it is clearly personalised, the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has begun.
This limitation does not affect the customer’s statutory rights where the garment is defective, does not match the order or otherwise fails to conform.
Issues and alterations
If you notice an issue, please email contacto@odameido.com within 5 days of delivery. We will review the case personally and explain the next steps.
Cancellations
Payment confirms the order and starts production. Because each order is personalised, it cannot be cancelled after payment unless required by applicable law.
